Having studied at London School of Dramatic Arts and performed in a wide range of theatrical productions, Joy's true passion is working with young people to explore the imagination and create stories.

Joy first founded The Drama Company in 2008, taking a break from teaching over the last few years working with Nevill Holt Opera. She has so missed teaching and is now keen to return, looking forward to creating, writing and producing theatre with young people.

Joy is also part of Rogue Space Theatre company producing theatre across the East Midlands.
